Do credits roll over from one billing cycle to the next?
A.
For annual subscriptions, you receive a yearly credit allowance. Any unused credits remain available during your active annual period and can be used later within that same year. At the end of the annual subscription term, all remaining unused credits expire and the credit balance resets.
Rolling credits do not apply to monthly plans. Monthly plans reset each month to the credits included in the plan and unused credits do not carry over to the next month.

Are there other payment methods available?

All subscriptions and payments are processed through Paddle, our official billing provider. Paddle
supports multiple secure payment options, including major credit cards and PayPal (availability may vary
by region).
Please note:
Any PayPal links, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, or direct payment methods used before July
1, 2025 are no longer valid and should not be used.
Payments sent outside of Paddle cannot be verified, and service will not be activated.
